What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or schedule changes. This allows our stylists to accommodate other clients. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
How experienced are the stylists with my specific hair type?
Our studio houses a diverse team of master stylists, each with specialized training across all hair textures and types. During your consultation, we match you with the artist best suited to your specific needs.
Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my appointment?
For color appointments, please arrive with dry, unwashed hair (1-2 days post-wash is ideal). For styling or cutting, simply come as you are. We handle everything else, including a complimentary consultation upon arrival.
Can I add services to my appointment on the day of my visit?
We always do our best to accommodate day-of requests. However, since our scheduling is precisely timed to ensure a relaxed experience, we highly recommend adding all desired services at the time of booking.
How do I reschedule?
You can contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to adjust your date or time, subject to availability.
Can I book multiple services?
Yes. Simply mention additional services in the Special Requests field when you book, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to settle in, enjoy a refreshment, and begin your visit feeling relaxed.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are preferred to preserve our unhurried, boutique experience, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
